FIELDWORK SUPERVISION
If you're a master's level-student of behavior analysis looking to collect fieldwork hours to sit for your BCBA exam, and parent training is one of your interests, you've landed in the right place. We are an applied behavior analysis (ABA) practice that specializes in parent training. The best part is that we provide our services completely free to members of our community in Virginia, where our practice is located. Trainees can collect fieldwork hours with us from anywhere in the US, while also contributing to our social mission: to make ABA therapy, in the form of parent training, free and accessible for all.
We are dedicated to reaching vulnerable members of our communities that have children with disabilities who need the most help. Research suggests early intervention matters, but from the point a parent realizes something may be wrong with their child to their child actually receiving treatment is far too long. Even after diagnosis, many families sit on a behavioral clinic's waiting list for months and sometimes even years before treatment actually begins. That lost time without access to proper treatment by qualified practitioners could be detrimental to a child's development. And that's a problem. It's a BIG problem. We want to be part of the solution.

Our company's mission is to make behavioral therapy, through parent training, free, accessible, and available for every child and family in need of treatment in Virginia, and eventually, in all of the United States.

​​Additionally, if trainees earn at least half of their fieldwork hours with us, they are guaranteed a job with our company after successfully passing their BCBA exams. Of course, after passing the BCBA exam, trainees wouldn't have to work for us, but we hope they'd want to! This means that trainees get the chance to contribute to a social mission to uplift communities, earn fieldwork hours to sit for their BCBA exams, and also earn a spot on our team all at the same time.
