Remote BCBA Supervision. Clients Provided. Opportunities Beyond Autism.
Our national BCBA supervision program leads to you to BCBA certification and LBA licensure in all 50 states—no gimmicks, no wasted hours, just results. Even in states that require state-level licensure to practice, we've got you covered.
We give you what no one else can: remote access to clients direct from our Virginia-based practice across three high-demand populations—families who need child-focused support, seniors navigating dementia, and (soon) an OBM track for those ready to dominate outside of clinical ABA. If you want generic group meetings, this is probably not a good fit for you. If you want the most versatile, forward-thinking, and opportunity-packed supervision program in the country, you’ve found it.
Parent Training: Our Core
You’ll work directly with families through our Virginia-based practice, completely online. Services are provided to families at no cost—no insurance, no waitlist, no diagnosis required—so your supervision immediately translates into meaningful support while you gain unrestricted hours and fluency in caregiver coaching.
Behavioral Gerontology: PhD-Led Research
Our program is led by a BCBA who’s not just practicing, but pushing the field forward as he completes his PhD in behavior analysis with cutting-edge research in behavioral gerontology. As a trainee, you won’t just sit on the sidelines—you’ll have the chance to contribute to real studies serving older adults and individuals living with dementia, with opportunities to earn co-author credit on papers submitted to top behavior-analytic journals. This isn’t supervision as usual—it’s your front-row ticket to shaping the future of ABA.
OBM Track — Coming Soon
Within six to nine months, we’re opening a dedicated Organizational Behavior Management track so trainees can apply ABA to leadership, performance, and systems in the workplace.
How Supervision Works
All client services flow through our Virginia-based practice, which means compliance is tied to our location—not yours. That’s why you can collect BCBA fieldwork hours with us from anywhere in the U.S.—and even internationally. Whether your state requires licensure to practice or not, your hours count toward BCBA and LBA requirements in your state. No RBT needed. 100% compliant. Fully insured. Always individualized—not a group mill. Pricing is simple and transparent: $99 per supervision hour, with a 40-hour monthly minimum (2 supervision hours).
Who We Serve
We’re not for everyone—we’re for trainees who want something different. Whether you’re just starting your program or about to finish, this is where you move beyond the autism-only mold. Our supervision is built for trainees and career-changers who want real research opportunities, and hands-on experience with underserved populations that other programs ignore. Families needing support, seniors living with dementia, and (soon) OBM for those ready to break out of the clinical track—you’ll find it all here. Spots are limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. If you want the most competitive edge in the field, this is your shot.
Start today and turn your fieldwork into the competitive edge that defines your career.
